What payment options do you propose?

S.T. Dupont accepts the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.

When will I be charged for my purchase?

A payment authorization request is sent to your bank when you place the order. For all items you will be charged when your order is placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee your order may be adjusted once it has been processed.

What are the delivery times and options?

Standard shipping: delivery in 5 business days after the order has been processed by our warehouse.

Expedited shipping: delivery in 2-3 business days, not applicable to gas refills.

Express shipping: delivery in 1-2 business days, not applicable to gas refills.

An additional delivery time of 48-72 hours can be applied to orders placed on weekends and holidays.

We only deliver to the United States of America.

What are the delivery costs?

The delivery cost information is automatically displayed during the ordering process, at the shipping confirmation stage.

Standard delivery is complimentary for all orders over $200. 

 May I return my order?

You may return your order within 14 days from its delivery. The items must be returned in perfect condition and with all their packaging. Any products not meeting these criteria will be shipped back without refund. In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, personalized products may not be returned.
